Using the Aqueon Clip-On LED Light is easy. First, decide whether you have a framed or frameless aquarium. Then, use the versatile mounting screw to attach the light to the side of your aquarium. You can turn the light on or off, or switch to the blue light mode using the soft - touch switch. For the best plant growth, keep the light on for about 8 - 10 hours a day. When cleaning the aquarium, make sure to turn off the light first. Don't let water splash directly on the light to avoid electrical issues.
