It's an excellent choice for RO (reverse osmosis) or DI (deionized) water, as well as any water lacking essential minerals. This supplement boosts the vital mineral and electrolyte content (General Hardness) of the water, harmonizing it with the carbonate hardness and enhancing stability. It does so without adding chloride or sodium, which can harm a planted aquarium in high amounts. For maintaining KH, we suggest using our Alkaline Buffer.
