Seachem Laboratories Flourite Planted Aquarium Gravel

Flourite® is a uniquely fractured, stable, and porous clay gravel ideal for natural planted aquariums. It looks great in planted set - ups and can also be used in any freshwater aquarium. Using Flourite® alone as the main substrate bed gives the best results, but it can be mixed with other gravels. There's no need for gravel modifiers like laterite. It's free from chemical coatings or treatments and won't change the water's pH. This gravel lasts for the entire lifespan of the aquarium and doesn't require replacement.

Using this Flourite® gravel is easy. First, you can use it alone as the main substrate in your planted aquarium, or mix it with other gravels if you like. Just spread it evenly at the bottom of the tank. There's no need to add any gravel modifiers such as laterite. When setting up your aquarium, fill it with water slowly to avoid disturbing the gravel. Since it's not chemically coated or treated, it won't affect the water's pH, so you don't have to worry about sudden pH changes. As for maintenance, this gravel is long - lasting and doesn't need to be replaced during the life of the aquarium. You can just do regular water changes and clean the tank as you normally would.
