Description
The High - Tech Pet ET - 1 Express Trainer is an outstanding remote dog training system that enables dogs to learn commands rapidly and safely. Its unique Command - Tone - Stimulus system comes with 3 positive tones and 1 negative tone, and it has a half - mile range, making training convenient no matter where you are. This long - range remote obedience trainer uses advanced Command - Tone - Stimulus technology. The easy - to - use remote can control up to 3 dogs simultaneously (additional collars are sold separately). The collar and transmitter are waterproof and have a half - mile reach. Both the transmitter and collar are rechargeable. High - Tech Pet's special training system helps dogs form natural and long - lasting associations with positive and negative behaviors. Just give your dog a command while activating a positive tone, show the action, and offer a reward using the same tone. You'll be impressed by the results! The ET - 1 also offers a negative tone and four levels of increasingly strong static shocks to deter unwanted behaviors such as digging, barking, or chewing. You can add extra collars to control up to 3 dogs at once. The package includes: (1) Express Trainer Collar, (1) Express Trainer Remote, (1) AC Adapter Dual Input Charger Unit (which charges the remote and collar at the same time), (2) Short Hair Probes, (2) Long Hair Probes, and an Operating and Training Manual.
Using the ET - 1 Express Trainer is a breeze. First, charge the transmitter and the collar using the AC Adapter Dual Input Charger Unit. Once they're charged, put the collar on your dog. To train your dog, give a command and activate a positive tone on the remote. Show your dog what you want it to do and then give it a reward while still using the positive tone. This helps your dog associate the command with the positive behavior. If your dog starts doing something unwanted like digging or barking, you can use the negative tone or one of the four levels of static shocks. Remember, start with the lowest level of shock and increase it only if necessary. When using the trainer, make sure the collar fits your dog properly. It shouldn't be too tight or too loose. Also, avoid using the trainer in extremely wet or humid conditions, even though the collar and transmitter are waterproof. After each use, wipe the collar and transmitter with a dry cloth. Keep the probes clean and replace them if they get damaged. If you plan to use the trainer for multiple dogs, buy the additional collars separately and pair them with the remote following the instructions in the manual.
